SHIPPING
Please note that due to a high volume of orders, it may take up to 10 business days for your order to ship. Delivery times provided at the time of purchase are estimates and do not guarantee the time of arrival.
Your estimated transit time will begin when your order is shipped. This does not include holidays and weekends.
Body of Work currently ships to Canada, the contiguous United States, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, China, the Philippines, Taiwan and Singapore.
Once your order is processed you will receive a notification via e-mail containing your tracking information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Body of Work will accept full-price non-collaboration items in their original, unworn condition for an exchange or return based on the below conditions:
- Non-collaboration items purchased at full-price are eligible for exchange or return
- Body of Work does not accept exchanges or returns on any collaboration products, home goods or publications
- For all returns, a restocking fee of $20 USD will be deducted from your total before processing
- Items purchased on sale are final sale. Body of Work does not accept returns for items purchased on sale, this includes purchases discounted with the use of promotional codes
Requesting a return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@bodyofwork-studio.com and provide your name and order number in the e-mail.
- You have 7 days to request a return or exchange for your purchase from the date of receipt - this date is based on the tracking information via the shipping provider
- Body of Work will confirm that the request for return or exchange is approved via email
- The return or exchange must be sent tracked back to Body of Work within 7 calendar days of the return approval date. If this requirement is not met, the request will be cancelled
- The balance payment for an exchange must be made within 7 calendar days after the exchanged item has been received by Body of Work. If this requirement is not met, a credit will be issued.
- Shipping, duties and customs fees for returned or exchanged items must be paid for by the customer
- For returns or exchanges outside of Canada, returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods” in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not declared correctly may incur additional fees
Returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Body of Work reserves the right to decline a request for a return or exchange if the criteria for a return or exchange is not met.
Your return or exchange will be processed upon the receipt of the product contingent upon the above terms.
Collaborations
- Collaboration products are final sale
- Collaboration products are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Once an order of a collaboration product is placed, the order cannot be cancelled
- Collaboration products are not eligible for sales promotions. Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase them. If a promotional code is used the order will be cancelled or, the customer will be invoiced for the amount discounted with the promotional code.
PRICES
Duties and customs fees
Prices do not include customs, duties or tariff fees. Payment of these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. For all US-bound orders, Body of Work applies duty relief orders to help keep fees low.
Customers may use one promotional code per order. Promotional codes may not be combined and may not be used on items already on sale.
LOST, ABANDONED OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Body of Work is not responsible for lost, abandoned or stolen shipments. If your package is lost or stolen we will assist you in locating your package as best we can.
Abandoned shipments (shipments where the customer does not track and receive their package in their shipping window) are not eligible for a refund, it is the customer's responsibility to track and receive their order.
If a shipment is abandoned (not picked up by the customer), Body of Work will not refund the value of the shipment.
If duties, taxes or tariffs are left unpaid by the customer and the package returns back to Body of Work, the order will be considered abandoned, thus, not eligible for a refund.
Please note that we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If an item from your order is sold out, you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship.
