Body of Work currently ships to Canada, the contiguous United States, Europe, Australia and Japan.
You will receive your package in a plastic-free, fully recyclable box inclusive of paper-based tape and label. All of these components are curbside recyclable.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed you will receive a notification via e-mail containing your tracking information.
Prices default to Canadian dollars. If you would like to shop in USD, GBP, EUR or JPY, please select from the currency dropdown in the main navigation.
Prices for packages shipping to the USA, Europe and Japan do not include duties. Payment of duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers may use one promotional code per order. Promotional codes may not be combined.
Price adjustments can be made if the price of an item changes within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Archive items are final sale.
Body of Work will accept items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached for a return or exchange.
You have 7 days to request a return or exchange for your purchase from the date of receipt - this date is based on the tracking information via the shipping provider.
Shipping, duties and customs fees for returned or exchanged items must be paid for by the customer.
Please return the parcel with a shipping service such as USPS, Australia Post, Japan Post, etc. Returns shipped via courier services such as UPS, DHL or FedEx will incur brokerage fees which will be deducted from the credit or return you will receive.
Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods” in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not declared correctly may incur additional fees.
Please ensure the parcel is trackable and share the tracking information once the parcel is shipped.
Returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Body of Work reserves the right to decline a request for a return or exchange if the criteria for a return or exchange is not met.
Your return or exchange will be processed upon the receipt of the product contingent upon the above terms.

Body of Work is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If your package is lost or stolen we will assist you in locating your package as best we can. Please note that we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
